We will also need some essential company information: name, registered address, incorporation details, a short description of the nature and geography of the activities performed, and information about the primary shareholders and directors, who will also be subject to an identity check. As your application is being reviewed, we may contact you to confirm a few details about your business.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

\n What are the requirements for beneficial owners and directors of the company?<\/a><\/p>\n

Before opening your business account, we need to confirm the details of the directors and primary shareholders of your company. This policy is in line with the standard «Know Your Customer» (KYC) procedure, which helps us verify the identity of our customers. We will request information about the individuals who own more than 25% of the cumulative shares of your company. These shareholders and directors will need to provide a high-quality photo of an official ID, which is valid for at least the next three months. You can upload the documents on their behalf or ask them to perform the ID check themselves. Please keep in mind that additional documents might also be requested.\n <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
